@#9 Anonymous: I can't seem to find any information about why Bliss
DNQ'd. The only thing I can think of is that since that car was part
time, it may have possibly been a late entry. And according to the rule
book, late entries are not allowed to use a past champion's provisional.
This is the most likely scenario for what happened.

true competitor. That's honestly an embarrassing quote. In this
particular race, he went two laps down then decided to quit and finish
last.

I think a large part of it was due to the fact it always run on a
Thursday and no one really showed up.

Tracy Hines matched his best career truck series finish of 5th in this
race. He finished 5th at Mansfield in 2004.

yeah you can see late entry but like the Brian Vickes situation in
michigan its because he didn't race in the previous season I believe.
