FYI, Spencer was tough in the Busch Series in the late 80s.

Spencer could win a truck race if a quality team would hire him. He is
no longer a threat in Cup, but he could win a short track race in the
Busch Series, and he could win at most of the Truck Series tracks, he
just needs the equipment.
