He was fast enough to qualify in the top-half of the field, while Kerry Earnhardt turns in a turtle lap and he gets in because of that stupid qualifying rule. 2. je24go posted: 02.25.2006 - 8:00 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) The same top 3 finishers two weeks in a row. Very rare. 3. JG24 posted: 02.26.2006 - 2:17 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Good to see Mark Martin doing well. Hope he wins the Truck Championship! 4. He's going for the championship in 2007! Watch out! I also don't like the Top 30 in Owner points rule Kraig Kinser was 19th fastest of 38 trucks, and because he is 7th fastest of the go-or-go-home trucks, he fails to qualify. I wouldn't mind seeing the 28th or 29th truck in owner points fail to qualify. 5. In 2013, Johnny Sauter joined him, when he won at Daytona and then at Martinsville. And it's also a pity Kyle Busch skipped Martinsville in 2014, otherwise he could make it even 5 in a row, because he won at Daytona, skipped Martinsville, won at Kansas, won at Charlotte and won at Dover. 14. He also won two IROC races here. This was the first of his two Truck series starts at California for Martin. 15.
