First NASCAR start by former Red Sux player Mike Greenwell. He wrecked
Erin Crocker in this one, when she was having a decent race.

Good to see Hornaday win one.

Qualifying was rained out.

Hmm...Darrell? Did you say Mike Greenwell, a former Red Sox player,
wrecked Erin Crocker in this race? Well, it looks more like Mike is
attempting to transfer "The Curse" onto her. Get it? Lol!
Oh, and I applaud Bill Lester for finishing 24th after starting 35th for
this race. Keep it up, man.

Steve Park gets a solid 10th place for an underfunded team, and Joey
Miller gets a solid 5th.

Good run for David Starr finishing third. The Germain trucks took the
wrong pit strategy and never could get back up front.

Most cautions in a single Truck race. Cup's record is 22 in the 2005
Coca-Cola 600, Busch/Nationwide/BGN with 25 at Memphis in 2007, and the
Trucks with 18 here in this race.

Actually Jonathan, the Busch/Nationwide/BGN record for most cautions in
a single race was 26 at Hickory in the spring of 1992, which was
absolutely nothing compared to the 2007 Nationwide Memphis race and
this, and I mean nothing. Really.

Most cautions ever in a truck race and ZERO trucks DNF'd because of
accidents.

This surprised me. Joey Miller's fifth place finish here is to date the
only top five for the #12 in Truck history.

The commentators were Rick Allen, Phil Parsons and Jimmy Spencer. The
pit road reporters were Ray Dunlap and Krista Voda.
