Great win for JB at Nashville, which makes it three in a row. Four of
the last five truck drivers to do so in a season have gone on to win the
championship. So far Benson has consistently proven to be the driver to
beat for the title. Also, great runs for Darnell and Compton, tough luck
for Crafton who came so close to another top ten.

Johnny Benson's 3rd Truck series win in a row. and Norm Benning's first
ever truck series start driving in his own equipment.

Nice Job By Johnny Benson. He really is the man this season!!

and Patrick do you really consider Norm Benning driving?? He ran 1 lap.

and a good run for David Stremme who was in just his second career Truck
series race. He was like 30th all day until like 15 to go and passed a
lot of cars!!

Todd Bodine was penalized 25 points following post race inspection
because the right side of the truck bed did not conform to specifications.

Interesting stat: Johnny Benson has two race wins at Nashville, but only
four laps led (1 in '06, 3 in '08). Regardless, JB is on quite the hot
streak. I look forward to seeing if he can maintain this pace and win a
championship.

Here's what the points would look like if the Chase format where applied
to the NCTS as this would be the cut-off race and the Chase would start
with the next race at Bristol.
