Kyle Busch was penalized for rough driving in this race for getting into Colin Braun for the lead. 2. Kirkyal posted: 05.16.2009 - 9:40 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Huge crash for Mike Skinner... Pushed down the track by Sauter then spun, hit the wall and was effectively T-boned by T.J. Bell who had no where to go... Skinners' car flipped and slid along the racetrack on his side spraying debris through the catchfence! Glad he got out of that one! Best finish of the season for Matt Crafton! 3. Also David Gilliland's first truck race since 2005 and Ryan Newman's first truck race since his Atlanta debut and win last year. The 10 and 14 trucks had a nice battle coming to the checkers as well. 5. 18fan posted: 05.16.2009 - 12:31 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Kyle's move when he wrecked Braun and Scott was just stupid, and I'm a fan of his. That caution and the following one both involved the race leader. Once Hornaday got tires and the caution came out to put him on the lead lap, he would win the race. 6. Kit posted: 05.16.2009 - 12:32 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Stickboy Kyle Busch really showed off his Napoleon Complex at this race. He purposely wrecked Colin Braun for the lead; his nose was NEXT TO Braun's rear tire, so how the hell could he possibly think he had room to go left? NASCAR didn't really even penalize him because a few laps later, Busch is back in second. At the end of the race, Busch degrades his own pit crew. If you have that much of an issue with the, then QUIT racing in their truck! I'm really losing interest in the truck series because this shit keeps going on. Mike Skinner hit the wall HARD and landed on his side, with sparks flying everywhere. Good finishes by Starr, Malsam (his best finish yet), and others. 7. I used to be a big fan of his when he in #5 in the Busch Series back in 04 and 05 and i still respect him and his talent i just wish he would hand out less stick and remember that he himself has made many a mistake. 8. He just got straight up beat. And Skinner's wreck was at least half his fault. Just too aggressive. But that's what makes the trucks great, they're not afraid to take chances. 9. Good run by Malsam and Gilliland What a finish by Crawford and Buescher! 11. Bronco posted: 05.16.2009 - 4:57 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) "Leave it to Johnny Sauter. Actually, if you look at the replay it looks more like Skinner tried pulling of a Todd Bovine style pass in the grass, instead of backing off for another lap. Skinner even admitted he should backed off in his interview. 12. Dodge posted: 05.16.2009 - 9:05 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Well, Sauter drove him into the grass. So, as a result it it was Sauter more at fault. Sure, Skinner should of backed of knowing that the idiot Sauter would do that because Sauter is another rolling roadblock. 13. Once Biffle, Kenseth and Edwards retire, Roush will go the way of Bud Moore, Wood Bros, Petty, Di Gard, etc. 14. Willy, you do know that the only reason he wrecked was because Shrub turned him sideways down the backstretch? 15. "What gets me about Kyle Busch is that there is no denying his talent and it is understandable to be annoyed if too many guys cross pit wall, its just he himself has made many a mistake including taking out Braun and Scott in this race." Bingo! Busch having talent doesn't mean shit to me. In the past 20 years, there have been 50 drivers that have had talent. They wouldn't be in Cup if they didn't have some degree of talent. If that's all Busch has (no maturity and acts like a little boy instead of a man), then he doesn't bring much to the table compared to drivers of past. He has absolutely NO room to talk shit about his pit crew when he WRECKED TWO TRUCKS. That is not a display of talent. "Kyle thinks whenever he races a truck he should win easy. If he doesn't it's his crew and engines fault." Correctomundo! 17. DaleSrFanForever posted: 05.18.2009 - 12:29 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Don't worry. Karma will catch up to Kyle Busch eventually. You can't act the way he does, being a complete jerk all the time without it coming back to haunt you. Eventually he'll chase everyone away, and he'll end up in the "what could have been" category. He'll be alongside his brother and Kevin Harvick in the "Obnoxious West Coasters Who Thought They Were God's Gift To Racing Only To Be Seriously Humbled" category. Right now Toyota horsepower is killing everyone, so he can win a lot, but they'll catch up, he'll freak out, and it will hit the fan. It will be so much fun to watch. 18. He is capable racing as many times a year as Ken Schrader as a result of his and passion to race. Kyle wants to win 200 Nascar races in his career combined and loves to race. That means he is willing do Nascar Camping World West Series and East series races to win 200 Nascar races. Heck. he won a race on Sunday by racing in a Camping World West Series with Combination race with Camping World East drivers at Iowa Speedway. 19.
