Ron wins the race for his sponsor and on his 51st birthday. He also won
Bristol in 1998 on his 40th birthday. But to me the biggest news of this
race was Brian Scott finishing 3rd with an injured wrist.

Speaking of injuries it sucked that Johnny Benson, the winner of the
past three Milwaukee events is still recovering from his crash and
doesn't have a truck ride.

Also the first time this year that Matt Crafton didn't finish on the
lead lap, resulting in him losing the point lead.

What great thrilling duel at the end... for 2nd place. Congrats to
Hornaday and his team, that was a complete ass whipping.

I was at the truck race. That was total domination by Hornaday on his
51st Birthday.

Being a born and raised cheesehead it pangs me to say this, but this
race is the prime reason I don't ever want to see the Sprint Cup Series
at the Milwaukee Mile.

This track is an open-wheel track. Period. Full-bodied stock cars look
ungainly driving around it and the track typically produces crappy races.

Dennis Setzer finished second in the Truck series' first-ever race at
the Milwaukee Mile way back in 1995 and repeated the feat 14 years later
as the tour made its final visit to the famed Wisconsin oval.

The commentators were Rick Allen, Phil Parsons and Michael Waltrip. The
pit road reporters were Ray Dunlap and Adam Alexander.
