This proves why the Trucks don't need a chase. 5. 00andJoe posted: 09.17.2011 - 1:50 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) jabber1990 - the #39 was slow and smoking a bit right after the third caution came out - I believe the debris came from it. 6. I came to this site and I said "Alright, who won? Was it Shithead #1 (Kyle) or Shithead #2 (Kevin)?". I am pleasantly surprised. They can win the championship if they don't mess up, they have more speed than Johnny or James or Timothy, although I think they are better drivers. Btw, is it too early to predict a Ty Dillon Truck championship next year? 8. If they win the championship, they'll at least have a couple of wins in doing so, even though I hope for them not to due to RCR being a Cup organization as well. Nelson Piquet Jr scores his 3rd top 5 and 6th top 10 of the season. He just continues to impress. 10. 00andJoe posted: 09.17.2011 - 2:38 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) #6 - Would it be disgusting if the eventual winner was allowed to get a lap back by the leader's slowing way down to let them past when a yellow flag came out? Because that's what they used to do, you know. 11. Alex posted: 09.17.2011 - 7:43 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) #5 - I believe it was the team truck of the 39, the 38 of Mike Garvey who was slowing. 12. 00andJoe posted: 09.17.2011 - 10:43 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) #11 - I think the #38 caused the first caution's debris, while the 39 was responsible for caution no. 3. But all those Sieg trucks look the same to me! =P 13. He joins Ron Hornaday Jr. as the only 2 Truck regulars with multiple wins this year. Kevin Harvick fails to win for the first time in 4 starts. But it's his 19th top 5 in his last 20 starts. Nelson Piquet Jr. was the highest finishing rookie in the race in 3rd, his 3rd top 5 which moves him up to a season-high 11th in the standings. Parker Kligerman made it 2 rookies in the top 5 with his 4th top 5 of the year. He's now just 10 points behind Joey Coulter in the ROTY standings, while Cole Whitt's 8 points back. After finishing top 2 in 7 of his first 9 starts of the year, Kyle's finished outside of there in his last 4. Johnny Sauter finishes in the top 10 for just the 3rd time in the last 6 races. Matt Crafton got his 10th top 10 of the season, the 9th straight year he's reached that mark (10 times in 11 full seasons). Miguel Paludo picked up his 3rd top 10 in the last 6 races, after just 2 in the first 12 races of 2011. Cole Whitt makes it 4 rookies in the top 10 as he picked up just his 2nd in the last 5 races. Ron Hornaday Jr. gets his 5th top 10 in the last 6 races, which has seen him go from 9th to 5th in the standings. Steve Arpin became just the 2nd Canadian and 3rd foreign-born driver to win a pole in the Trucks. 20.
