I know that Matt Crafton is leading the points and will probably win this championship, but if he does, there's probably a good chance that he'll move up to NNS full time given his great runs with RCR this year. So if he leaves, I think they'll be completely screwed. Sauter's crew chief has already left because of creative differences, and now Todd Bodine is proving today that his performance in the 13 truck was in fact the team. So if Matt Crafton wins the championship and moves on after this year, I think they'll be pretty much done as a Truck Series contender. There's my CJS post for the weekend, lol (That's not a knock CJS, it's just that for some reason this paragraph I just wrote reminds me of something you would say). Debris caution with 8 to go. Blaney is one heckuva driver, but those BKR trucks have a lot of funding behind them. - Rick Crawford & Andy Seuss are the only drivers on that list who would have a shot at winning a consolation at a "skill track". The rest are wannabes and neverwas drivers. - A much better consolation race would be for guys who can't afford to buy a competitive seat like Jake Crum, Caleb Holman, Jeff Agnew, Clay Rogers, etc. The guys who run in their own equipment when they can afford it. 110. ch posted: 08.03.2013 - 7:41 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Sponsor Changes: 19 - Melon 1 28 - Endo Optiks / FDNY 111. 83andJoe posted: 08.03.2013 - 10:40 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) #27 crew chief: Mark Hillman (same for all races since Rockingham) 112. murb posted: 08.03.2013 - 10:45 pm Rate this comment: (1) (0) Apparently Timothy Peters failed post race inspection. 113. ch posted: 08.03.2013 - 11:37 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) 57 Sponsor: Stone Mountain Guns & Gold (For consistency) 114. ch posted: 08.03.2013 - 11:39 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) 29 Sponsor: Cooper Standard Performance Products (Consistency) 115. ch posted: 08.03.2013 - 11:48 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) 32 Sponsor: AccuDoc Solutions 116. irony posted: 08.04.2013 - 2:40 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) Happy for Bodine ... one of the old "win or F it" vets that this series was made for. 117. Well Ty Dillon is a fellow minor leaguer so the comparison isn't really fair. Plus, I've never known Johnny Sauter to back down to anyone. If a Cup driver did that to him in this race, he'd probably be just as pissed. Of course a NASCAR legend would get a little more respect than a full-time truck racer who has two truck wins to his credit. "Proof: It wasn't shown!" There have been many cautions without warrant throughout the past few years, but debris not being shown isn't proof. You'd be surprised at just how many debris cautions are legit that aren't shown on TV. Just because TV doesn't show it doesn't prove that it never existed. I wasn't at Pocono yesterday so I couldn't tell you if there really was debris or not, but I've been at the track enough to tell you that your argument isn't always true. It's not even true half the time. 118. Ivan Balakhonov posted: 08.04.2013 - 9:54 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) In response to: 117. Watto posted: 08.04.2013 - 5:08 am Given the timing of that caution we have some reasons to be suspicious. Also I don't believe it's so difficult to show the actual debris on the track if there are any. This year from time to time I rewatch Busch Series races from 2006 and in every occasion of debris caution debris were shown (I suppose 20 races is enough to be credible). Even if it was a very small chunk of metal. 119.
