The other four guys let go by Premium also have gigs, the only one I know is that one of them joined Young's Motorsports as a suspension guy. 4. He says he'll announce the "mystery driver" on Friday. I have a feeling it may be Stephen Leicht. He's already confirmed it won't be Cody Ware. 7. Snider and Dalton Sargeant were racing down the backstretch and looks like Snider tried using Cobb as a pick to keep Sargeant behind, but it backfired when Dalton didn't back off and Snider got turned right into the rear end of Cobb. 52. That team is so good right now, they're going to be hard to beat. I bet the 18 will catch up by the end of the season, though. And another great run for Friesen, I hope he can win one soon. Looking at how far he's come in a season is incredible. He was 21st in the points with a best finish of 19th a year ago at this time, and his team withdrew from the next 2 races to focus on their efforts. Now they are in the thick of the playoff hunt. 69. He had just 1 in the first 31 races of his career. (Atlanta 2017) 70. Mannoroth posted: 06.09.2018 - 1:25 am Rate this comment: (0) (1) By the way, those stands are still empty no matter if Cup drivers are or aren't in the field. So a complete ban wouldn't change this (those people wouldn't just have a reason to complain, would mind their business), but the biggest thing that will hurt is the money that won't come from top teams... So, NASCAR, please use that little brain of your and don't ruin a series, where rookies can get ready to Cup. Because without it, their only chance would be in K&N or ARCA, but that would produce just even worse rookies than nowadays... And their first Cup win would come in their 10th Cup season. 71. Mannoroth posted: 06.09.2018 - 1:25 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Damn, Johnny Sauter keeps adding those wins just like Kyle Busch, when he was still allowed to race at least 16 times. He might as well surpass Mike Skinner and Jack Sprague with his 29th win, but after it, it's a long way to the real top, where Kyle Busch and Ron Hornaday, Jr. are sitting... 72. TeamDCR fan posted: 06.09.2018 - 1:43 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) 47. That really takes some talent to wreck off of the front end of a slower truck like that 73. It would've been interesting to see the fuel-mileage race play out. 75. Danish Pie posted: 06.09.2018 - 8:31 am Rate this comment: (2) (0) Yeah I was more peeved at the 16 being a caution as well. I immediately thought of Derrike Cope's 'caution' at Fall Richmond in Cup last year when I first saw the replay. I don't think anyone complained about the Jordan Anderson caution. Even if he hadn't dropped fluid, he literally stalled on the apron, if only for a moment. That's a definite caution. 76. #BowmanNation posted: 06.09.2018 - 8:31 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) Tyler young 7th, damn 77. JSPorts posted: 06.09.2018 - 9:51 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) It was a great run for Tyler last night. He finished 7th in stage 2, as well. He was up there all night. This is the 2nd-best finish of his career, behind only his 6th-place run at Daytona to begin the 2016 season. It's especially impressive considering it was his first start of the season in the 2nd truck for his family-owned team. And it couldn't have come at a better place, since Tyler is from Midland. 78.
