He will only make one more start at Charlotte and the series regulars will have plenty of chances to win races. But that was obvious even before the season, so I don't understand why all that noise for winning 4 consecutive races in a row... So what? It happened, he fulfilled his duties and now everything will get back to normal like usual. 4. This series could always use more new quality teams. 12. With 3 seasons of experience in the Xfinity Series, Brandon Jones is only slightly above Natalie Decker in second practice. 17. rm posted: 05.02.2019 - 8:19 pm Rate this comment: (0) (3) 14/15 - Yep that would explain that then. 16 - Also good to know that two practice sessions' worth of times is enough to determine a driver's worth here. No other factors to consider here! With 21 seasons of experience in the Cup Series, Joe Nemechek is only slightly above Natalie Decker in practice. ...see how ridiculous that is to say something like that. 18. George_Costanza posted: 05.02.2019 - 8:27 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @17 Jones is driving the best truck in the field by far. What's your point? It's always been clear that Brandon Jones is a talentless hack. 19. Mile501 posted: 05.02.2019 - 8:40 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @17 - Do you truly not see the flaw in your logic? Nemechek's team has nowhere near the budget of the Kyle Busch teams. And it should be obvious that no one is just picking apart this one race for Brandon Jones. He has consistently shown a lack of speed over the years. If that weren't the case, no one would be saying such things. 20. Me. posted: 05.02.2019 - 9:36 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @3 Dude, nobody even brought KB up until your needless comment. Let it go already, because clearly everyone else has. 21. Mannoroth posted: 05.03.2019 - 7:21 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) 20. Needless comment? It's true that his reign of terror is basically over, when he has one more start left. And it wasn't me, Me., who was constantly complaining about his 4 consecutive wins in this series in the comment page of races at Atlanta, Las Vegas, Martinsville and Texas... And it's also interesting that people just can't tell themselves that I won't get mad and will ignore the fact Kyle Busch will run some lower series races again. It was obvious even before the season that he will be strong in those races, so why all the complaining? It was useless. I guess it has something to do with that hype thing... 22. Anthony posted: 05.03.2019 - 7:58 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Benning is 4 seconds off in practice. At that rate, he'll get lapped every 6 laps. That's gonna be scary to watch. 23. Rider77 posted: 05.03.2019 - 8:36 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) KB not withstanding, let's see if another manufacturer gets the trophy or if it continues to be the Nascar Toyota truck series. 24. Corey posted: 05.03.2019 - 8:42 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) It was never the NASCAR Toyota Truck Series, just the NASCAR Kyle Busch Truck Series. The second place finishers to Busch were 2 Ford's and 2 Chevy's. Without him Toyota is the number three manufacture. 25. Trent posted: 05.03.2019 - 9:50 am Rate this comment: (0) (1) 21. god who freaking cares. you don't see me ranting about Kevin Harvick on every page i visit. so why kyle busch. it was cool to see kyle win those 4 consecutive races but after charlotte, its over. and its over now too. so why keep talking about it. it would be different if it was in the Cup series. so let it go. busch will probably win charlotte anyway. if he wins, he wins. its not like we can go and change the record book. i don't like busch but i admire his driving. but i don't want to just hear about him and him only. 26. Underdogfan posted: 05.03.2019 - 1:04 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @17 Oh you don't even want me to start on the other factors of why Brandon Jones may be one of thee worst drivers I've ever seen in the modern era. Nothing but top shelf equipment his whole career, and he's done NOTHING except win in ARCA. Imagine if this hack had to driver for a small budget team. I have thought he shouldn't be where he was since driving for RCR. 27. Mannoroth posted: 05.03.2019 - 1:04 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) 25. I already said it's just a fact, nothing else. But whatever... By the way, I'm not the one who constantly writes "too bad, maybe next time" on Harvick's page every time he doesn't win a Cup race. Well, enjoy writing it for the rest of your life, because Harvick will get older and older and his performance will start to drop soon. It's sad, but the decline doesn't pick its victims - it will get everyone in the future, unless they retire in their prime. 28. BadBooking posted: 05.03.2019 - 8:36 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) DVP should be coupled into crash unless the vehicle technically wasn't crashed but was under the policy anyhow. That's as odd as saying 'Handling' for being on track a few laps after returning to the track due to crash damage. 37. rm posted: 05.03.2019 - 8:38 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) I think they use the DVP designation when the car fails to meet minimum speed Matt DiBenedetto at the second Vegas race last year is the only other time I remember seeing that as the listed DNF reason 38. MattL posted: 05.03.2019 - 8:39 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Pretty good race. The highlight of the race was the three wide battle for the lead that lasted an entire lap. Impressive driving by all involved to avoid catastrophe. Ross Chastain is now 6 for 6 with Top 10s this year. Matt Crafton recovered from a broken spark plug to finish in the top 5 Johnny Sauter recovered from losing half a dozen spots under caution when his car was slow to refire to win the race. 39. Mannoroth posted: 05.07.2019 - 1:40 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) 48. You should be mainly glad he decided to go to SHR at all. He wouldn't have such a performance at this age, if he stayed with RCR - that's for sure. Plus, his career is complete, so he can only add more. I don't rant about Kyle Busch on every page, I post stats. That's all, but I already know that some people have a problem with it. But it's not my fault Kyle Busch is that good, so he's basically in every stat category... 50. Mile501 posted: 06.16.2019 - 2:31 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Webmaster: I have noticed a discrepancy with Josh Reaume's point total, and it seems to have something to do with this race. If you look at the season-long standings, he has 112 points, but at the bottom of the most recent individual page, he only has 106 points. I believe he should have 6 points in this race to fix the discrepancy. 51. Mile501 posted: 06.16.2019 - 2:55 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @50 - It's fixed now. That was quick. Thanks! 52.
