No NASCAR race has, as of 2009, ever taken place here. I doubt the
series listed are actually correct, considering FISA was part of the FIA.

Correct through 2012; added to the Nationwide Series schedule in 2013.

Mario Andretti had a dominating performance, leading 26 of the 29 laps,
before Rahal spun him with 3 to go in Turn 9 and took the lead, and the
win. Andretti moved down on Rahal, who had the inside line in the
corner, did a complete 360, and kept going.

Other incidents in the race included Cale Yarborough spinning by himself
into the sand barrier in Turn 10, and Terry Labonte looping it through
the inside grass in Turn 1.

Ken Squier and Chris Economaki were the commentators. Dick Vermeil and
Ned Jarrett were the pit road reporters.
