Late in the race, Martin Brundle was punted by Rusty Wallace coming off
of turn four, bringing out the only caution, and screwing Brundle of any
chance to win.

Martin Brundle held a very narrow point lead over Unser and Earnhardt
entering this race, but his chance to pull off the upset were ended with
the above mentioned spin.

With Brundle out of the way Dale Earnhardt wins the race and the title.
IROC only ran three races in 1990 and the Intimidator won both of the
ones held on oval tracks.

Mark Martin's first IROC season saw him not win a race but finish third
in both oval races and sixth on a temporary road course he'd never run
before. Not a bad start for the driver who would go on to win more IROC
races than any other.

Earnhardt's #3 in this one was a Mustard Yellow #3 Dodge Daytona.

It was a light orange color, depends on what kind of mustard you buy,

Starting positions from Fittipaldi to Martin should be 4-7, not 5-8.

Paul Page, Sam Posey and Bobby Unser were the commentators. Jack Arute
was the sole pit road reporter.
