Kendall's wreck and J.D. McDuffie's fatal one the next day were the reasons the Glen installed the "Inner Loop" chicane for 1992 and beyond. 8. It seemed like every road course race he was in from the late 80s into the early 90s he had an intense battle for the win with someone. 9.
