Kendall won that race as he closed in on the series championship. NASCAR driver Geoff Bodine came in to pinch hit for Kendall and made his final IROC start, and his first since 1991, as a result. Bodine was hot off a Cup win at Watkins Glen, ultimately his last one, at the time of this race. 6.
