Mark Martin was the only other driver other than Dale Earnhardt to win a
IROC race in 1999 in this race.

THe Intimidator's 3-race win streak ends in this race. Mark Martin
dominates and solid run for Cheever. It is nice to see that Marcis was
in a IROC race in 1999.

Would have been hilarious if Dale won 3/4 of the races in the season and
still lost the championship. He only won by 1 point.

That's what happens when you wait until the last lap to make your move
in a series that rewards leading laps.

Big E notably lacked his signature moustache for this race, he had
shaved it off for a scuba trip making this perhaps his only IROC start
without it. The 'stache took a few weeks to grow back.

Bob Jenkins, Benny Parsons and Darrell Waltrip were the commentators.
Dr. Jerry Punch was the sole pit road reporter.
