@ Post 5: I guess the IROC cars were slow.

By the way, Kurt Busch wins in only his 2nd start in IROC.

Anyone else find it ironic Kurt wins in the #2 while Ryan Newman starts
from the pole in the #12?

Felipe Giaffone's second and final IROC race. The IndyCar racer got hurt
in a crash during a race in that series at Kansas Speedway a week before
Race 3 and was out of the cockpit for a while recovering.

There was 1 caution, for Steve Kinser's spin on the backstretch with 3
to go.

While this was Busch's lone IROC race victory he would use this triumph
to help carry him to the 2003 IROC championship.

And Kurt Busch had a blue deuce too...albeit a light blue one.
