Not a true statement whatsoever. Let's say he didn't win the pole. Where
do you want to put him at in qualifying? The rest of the field that
didn't get on the front row in qualifying, or get in on their results
from these races were filled in based on qualifying speeds, then the
provisionals if needed.

Ken Squier, Ned Jarrett and Chris Economaki were the commentators. Mike
Joy and David Hobbs were the pit road reporters.
