He attempted a few Cup races in 1996, DNQed for all of them minus the Winston Open and was never seen on the tour again. He didn't even do enough in NASCAR to get a stat page on racing-reference. 6. He's getting his college degree and is working on an appeal as of now. I'm really proud of him. 7. So was the Matco #57 he had later in the year after they switched to Fords. Unlisted nationality: Seligman is an American racer from Lake Forest, IL. He also ran in the 1996 Winston Open. 9.
