Scott Riggs was involved in a single car accident coming out of turn 2
with a flat tire. That sent him into the wall and forced him to retire.

Hey Spencer,where'd Jimmy get his only 2 Cup wins at,that's right
Daytona and Talladega,so is it Jr that can only win on Plates,or is it
the old-decripid has been,i'll go with the latter choice there.
