Angry interviews and Nemechek throwing a water bottle at Harvick ensued. 2. Not an exact quote, just an in-effect quote. 3. HomeDepotKid posted: 05.23.2005 - 12:06 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) This race foreshadowed a future incident to take place later. On May 21, 2005, Harvick and Nemechek were collected in a 7-car crash during the first segment of The Winston in Charlotte. What resulted was a near-fistfight between Harvick and Nemechek. 4. A DNQ was the last thing Greg Sacks needed, as his co-owner left the team, taking the sponsor and most of the cars, leaving Sacks with virtually nothing. I have a question though. How did Derrike Cope finish 14th yet not qualify for the 500? 6. Jeff posted: 11.30.2005 - 8:51 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) The new qualifying rules. 7. SPENCER posted: 01.11.2006 - 1:58 am Rate this comment: (0) (2) Good Cope is another driver that had so many chances to do good, wow big deal a Daytona 500 win. I say he was one of the worst drivers of all time. 8. Darrell posted: 01.14.2006 - 4:08 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) SPENCER, how many chances has Jimmy had of being a regular winner in Cup? :?: 9. Steve posted: 02.03.2006 - 9:20 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) SPENCER, I've got a question. Could you beat Derrike Cope in a NASCAR race? I doubt it. Remember Jeff Gordon's quote from last year, "I am so stoked! Daytona 500!" And you think winning a Daytona 500 is no big deal! 10. je24go posted: 02.04.2006 - 7:32 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Yeah SPENCER, you're right. The Daytona 500 means nothing... Moron. 11. Bergeren then asked Mark, "How about from the back in a backup car?" Mark began to tear up and his response was "Absoultely not!! It'll never happen!!" Broke my heart!! And I laughed like hell when Nemechek threw his water bottle at Harvick when Matt Youkum began to interview Harvick, you can see a water bottle come in. Oh man! I love NASCAR!! Derrike missed, and he and Larry split, and Derrike didn't end up with a ride until halfway through the year, and he didn't make a race until the end of the season, and larrys team never attempted to run another cup event 23. Drivers would have had to have been a lot more careful and may have brought about cleaner racing. 24.
