Jimmy Spencer fittingly takes the No Bull car to victory in the No Bull
race.

This was Mr. Excitement's second Cup win of 1998 and neither paid
points, he also won the Bud Shootout Qualifier earlier in the year.

This was the Melling Team's first race after sponsor Cartoon Network
switched them from a red Hucklebery Hound scheme to a blue-and-pink
Droopy Dog birthday cake one.

Well #4, the comments section for this race has been open for over six
years and no one has said that, so maybe you're just hoping someone will
so you'll have something to gripe about.
