Jimmy Spencer's last NASCAR win in a Cup car. Mr. Excitement was the
only driver to win two of these No Bull races.

This is also IIRC to date also the last untelevised Cup race, I don't
think these No Bull races ever had coverage.

I was wrong, these races were televised. According to the sometimes
reliable Wikipedia the 1998 and 1999 ones were on Speedvision and the
2000 ones were on TNN (who televised the All-Star race itself at the time).
