Stupid rain. Starting grid lined up by points, which really bugs me that a NON-points race has the grid decided by points, but whatever, so Harvick will start on pole. 123. He almost had to deliver on that promise, he finished third in voting behind Chase Elliott and Danica Patrick so he just missed being moved into the main event. His car did have the name "Guido" above the door for this race because it's Matt's middle name. 124. Shouldn't Bayne, since he won the 1st heat? 125. dennyfan11 posted: 05.21.2016 - 7:31 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Rain's going to stop at around 7:45, will take about 2 hours to dry, so we'll have a 9:45 PM start. 126. dennyfan11 posted: 05.21.2016 - 7:35 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Weather.com says the storms will stop at 8:15. I thought they would have used the practice speeds from this morning, with the transfers at the back. 129. Yeah, it should be based on order of eligibility as on Jayski with Logano 1st, and definitely Bayne, Biffle, Larson, Elliott, and Patrick in the bottom five since they did not automatically qualify. Elliott is gonna catch a huge break from that. But what points standings are they using? Actual points scored or winners' first (chase points)? 132. dennyfan11 posted: 05.21.2016 - 7:44 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Very heavy rain continues to fall at the track. 133. Tyson posted: 05.21.2016 - 7:53 pm Rate this comment: (1) (0) Starting lineup decided by owner points. An easy fix would've been for a random draw to decide the starting grid when qualifying's rained out for a non-points event. It just doesn't make sense at all for points to have any affect on a non-points race. 134. dennyfan11 posted: 05.21.2016 - 8:11 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) The rain has stopped! 135. Just admit that Danica Patrick has a lot of fans, some of whom are delusional idiots who think she's a good driver and most of whom are women who like her because a) she is a woman, b) they like her personality or c) she's fun to follow on social media. Or they're guys who like her because they think she's hot. She didn't even win the fan vote, she was 2nd in it. 139.
