He managed to finish barely more then 1/5 of the race and yet was still
classified as finishing the race.

Margin of Victory: 3 seconds.

Gwyn Staley led from lap 210-250. Staley led at least 40 laps.

Bob Welborn led at least 1 lap, 209.
