This was 200 point race. Championship leader Fireball Roberts was absent
and had to succumb his lead to Bill Rexford who finished 6th. Also
absent was Turner as well as Byron and Mantz who didn't care about
championship and were mathematically eliminated.

Ann Bunselmeyer was my Grandma. I always thought my mom was making up
stories that grandma raced cars.

Bill Burton drove a '50 Ford V6, while Frank Keller was also in a Ford
V6 (year unknown.)



also entered was Pappy Hough (in a Ford V8) and Gene Austin from Mexico
(!) in an Oldsmobile 88.
