For the 10th place finisher "Jim Harris" this is the only start shown
for him. Other materials that I have show the 10th place finisher to be
"Jimmy Ayers."

I can imagine someone with a real Southern accent mistaking Ayers for
Harris.

Given that no other biographical information exists for Harris this
driver most likely was Ayers.
