Under the 2011 points system, the top 4 finishers in this race were in
the top 4 in points.

Looks like the local boys had not learned much about reinforcing the
right front......all 5 were out early, southern boys all at the top.

Best career finishes for Gib Orr and Ted Chamberlain. Not exactly a
loaded field in this race.
