Every driver in this race that wasn't making their debut (Jack
Richardson and Johnny Mock, only start in Mock's case) competed in the
previous event. How often does that happen?

Yes it was (though that series was hardly sponsored by K&N back in those
days).

Does anyone know how Danny Letner was able to pass Allen Adkins with 2
to go and then lap the field? That seems like it would be impossible
unless Allen stalled on track or something similar (pit stops in 1955?)
