His drivers were some of the premier names. He came to his first NSACAR race without a driver for his car and two seasons later was NASCAR's most dominant owner. But as quick as he came, he was gone. There became some backlash towards his cars because they were so dominant. Many of his drivers couldn't deal with the 100 percent hands-on owner. However, he was way ahead of his time, doing things that most never thought about doing at the time. He even kept soil samples at dirt tracks. 4. Then equal points goes for every next pair of cars/drivers: 3+4, 5+6, etc. This TTSS adds to races not only feud, but also a co-operation. Every year/season can have 2 "gold" champions, then 2 "silver", 2 "bronze", etc. The basic idea is to compare current race/year system (aka "deficit") with TTSS (aka "plentiness"). No need to have 3 (triple) or more winners, as 2 is just oke to compare the root. 12. Thirty-six flips were confirmed to have happened over the season, 11 of these flips happening in three consecutive races (5 at Phoenix, 5 at Daytona Beach, and 1 at West Palm Beach). Unfortunately, three of these rollover accidents claimed the lives of John McVitty, Clint McHugh, and Cotton Priddy, and almost claimed Herb Thomas. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
