This event would have also counted as a Pacific Coast Series race, and I think those with Ns were running under Cup sanction. Or maybe it's the other way around. I dunno. 11. I have never been able to find out if they were connected to the NASCAR Northwest Late Model series but am still researching to find out. 12. All drivers with that designation come from the Northwest. I also have no clue if there's any connection. Maybe there was a 'Northwest' subchampionship, I'm not sure. 13. Ray posted: 02.16.2017 - 2:00 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) From what I have read pit road was the back stretch. The cars ran opposite of the way they ran the road course so the cars would run up the front stretch turn at the entrance to pit road and run down pit road. The turns were flat and tight. The pits were located in the paddock. The road racers said it looked odd with skid marks on the straight away and pit road going the opposite direction. 15. @Statscrash posted: 07.10.2018 - 12:59 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) So is this a road course or a short track or both? 16.
