In the driver summary it has these 6 to Jimmy Thompson, and Jimmy is given credit in your 1958 and lifetime leaders. Which is correct? 7. jackie posted: 01.12.2013 - 9:07 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) This race was finished with a long section of guardrail missing from turn 1. 8. Pagan escaped though with very minor injuries. 14. Rob posted: 02.22.2017 - 3:45 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Notes. Buck Baker drove a 1958 Chevrolet in this race ( see video on YouTube ). Eddie Gray and Jack Smith left the track in the opening where Pagan's crash took out a section of guard rail. 15. At least two others would follow in the feature race. Eddie Pagan, Jack Smith, and possibly Eddie Gray (if he indeed did flip) would flip out of the racetrack. 19.
