This race appears to have set the inside starters only. Was there

Everyone else didn't set a time in qualifying and was added to the field
after completing 10 laps at over 100 mph in practice.

How did this work? 39 drivers in the GN qualifying race but 59 started
the 500?

there were 2 qualifier races, 1 for GN and 1 for the Convertibles, since
its a different division the second race is listed there as it counted
for convertible points and not GN points
