Apprently Owen Loggins had a really bad accident in where his car was
split in half.

Dont know why he is listed as running.

The NASCAR Grand National tour returns to California's Marchbanks
Speedway for its first race on the newly reconfigured track, the old
dirt short track having morphed into a triangular new superspeedway.
California's own West Coast champion NASCAR Marvin Porter fittingly
takes the victory, his second and final one in a Grand National race.

This was the Cup series' first race west of the Mississippi River on a
paved superspeedway. This track later changed its name to Hanford Motor
Speedway and hosted USAC Champ Car races.
