I think I figured out the scoring system for the 1962 season. I almost
recreate the season classification based on the results of races.

Also based on the results given every few races in the commentary and
the general classification, I was able to partially recreate when the
riders were stripped of points, but not in all cases.

Scoring for most races:
* 400, 384, 368, 352, 336, (...), 16

the following scores were used in other races:

# 6 (Concord):
