According to a racing program, T.C. Hunt was on the starting grid for
this race, but obviously withdrew. He was entered in car #9, a '62 Ford.

Hank Grilliot was referred to as Hank Gilbert, and apparently was
entered in a '62 Plymouth.

Ray Hughes of Asheboro, NC was entered in the Ray Herlocker #60.

L.C. Hampton of Goodlettsville, FL, was entered in #63.

Program for the event lists Richard Petty qualifying second in a 1962
Plymouth, not a Pontiac. This would be normal for the Petty stable at
the time.
