it was my first race too. junior came from behind to beat the petty
cars. at least three cars went over the bank between turns one and two
as there was no guard rail. yes, jayne was there.

That guy was an amazing driver. If only he had lived and we could've
seen what greatness he had in store for the rest of his career. A life
cut way too short.
