Michael Pitts posted: 09.02.2005 - 8:53 pm Rate this comment: (1) (0) I was at this race in the old fairgrounds track.The race was long delayed (as I remember) due to the crash on Lap 194 (White,Lund,Pearson)in the turn 3/4 area. Trivette, '62 Chevrolet Trivette flipped his car in turn one during qualifying. He wasn't hurt beyond a few cuts and bruises. The car was demolished however. 6.
