Two weeks before Ned Jarrett claimed victory in the Southern 500 with an
astonishing margin of 14 laps, he turns in one of his most singularly
dominant performances, leading every lap from the pole and coming home
two laps ahead of Tiny Lund.

Career-best finish for Robert Vaughn. (Tenth)

He probably would have run better if his usual teammate David McCallum
was in the race. :)
