I find it extremely difficult to believe Richard Petty was running at
the finish of this race, considering how many laps he completed and the
final lap he led (347).

Nice finish for Wendell Scott, might be one of his best races since this
was actually a pretty loaded field.

This race took place on the same day of the famous The Portage County,
Ohio UFO sighting / chase of which police officers chased a UFO from
