Elmo Langley's second and final NASCAR victory. Both of his wins came in
the 1966 season.

Race was named the Old Dominion 150. Source: In an old NASCAR Racing
book with results from 1966, often tracks from that time period used the
track's name as the race.

First race for Don Biederman, who is NASCAR's first "full time" foreign
driver, as he made more than 4 starts in a season.
