Anyone know why James Hylton drove the Cotton Owens Dodge in this race ?

Charlie Glotzbach had some kind of disagreement with NASCAR and left
Cotton Owens before this race, James Hylton was picked to replace him
for this race and Martinsville. Soon Buddy Baker would leave Ray Fox and
take over Cotton Owens car.
