Who did Bill Dennis replace in this race, or who replaced Bill Dennis?
He is listed as a driver change, but is also in the running order, in
the same car.

Most likely the DC is assigned to the wrong race.

Dennis qualified the #54 himself, and it's not likely he replaced a
different driver who was originally on the entry list.
