Also the last win for Cotton Owens and the #6 team. 2. David Ragan should break that real soon! 3. jr88fan posted: 08.28.2008 - 9:51 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Marv Acton's first race. 4. hyltonfan08 posted: 01.23.2009 - 6:47 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Cale Yarborough's sponsor was Woolco. 5. Schultz drove for Porsche in several runnings of the Le Mans 24 Hour races, though he nearly got killed in a huge crash during the 1968 race. 6. With no cautions and that many guys sharing the lead, it had to be a doozy. 8. He'd be back with a Mopar, and better luck, in 1972. 10. nascarvd/racing-reference.info posted: 04.12.2020 - 4:41 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Note: On the final lap, Ron Keselowski got in trouble and did a quick flip between turns 3 and 4 with the car landing on its wheels, and Dick May took the inflield grass and spun out. The safety man in the entrance to turn 3 tower saw the flip and began waving (unofficially) the yellow flag. Foyt (1st) and Petty (2nd) slowed, but Hamilton kept his foot in it and beat Foyt to checker by 3 feet ! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
