Dang! 3 wins in the 1st 6 races for Pearson! I wonder why he never ran
for the championship in the Wood Bros. car?

Pearson only ran 4 full seasons and won 3 titles. The purse money in
some of the short track races were not high enough to entice the Wood Bros.
