Dick Brooks took Elmo Langley's car after he lost his #90 car with his boss Junie Donlavey. 3. I have photos of Bobby dressed in civi's holding a walking cane, talking to Neil standing by the Cam2 car. Just before the race. 4. He lost control in some oil and crashed into a concrete abutment. He suffered 4 broken ribs, two broken facial bones, broken bones in both feet, and needed 40 stitches near his right eye and in his right cheek and upper lip. After completing one lap, he came into the pits and was replaced with Neil Bonnett who drove his car the remainder of the race 6. Had that not happened, he probably would have lapped the field. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
