Nelson Oswald made his final start, which turned out to be his worst finish (38th). 3. MegaRacer posted: 02.26.2007 - 1:53 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) True Matt. He also hid the injury from NASCAR because they woulda made him sit out several races, knowing full well another violent accident coulda...well, we won't say. 4. James W. Neil Bonnett weaved across the track the last 10 laps to keep Baker and Yarborough behind him. This drew criticism from Jackie Stewart saying it was dangerous and it was bad manners. Also on the last lap a man walked out into the grass 10 feet from the track on the Long Pond Straight. After the finish he walked onto the apron to applaude the top finishers, with a police office not far behind. 10. jimi d posted: 03.09.2017 - 7:15 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Dave Dion did great P.17....for a independent/sponsor driver !! 11. They wouldn't be waiting long for the next one... 14.
