This was the third of Waltrip's four wins in a row at Nashville. 7. Texas Terry never won at Nashville. 8. Luke posted: 01.30.2019 - 2:26 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) DW was stupid good at Nashville and Bristol. 9. The car almost certainly had a colorful history as there's a lot of evidence to imply it's the exact same ex-Sterling Marlin Chevy the mysterious L.W. Wright raced at Talladega then abandoned there when he vanished. Bernie Terrell of Space Age Marketing inherited the car, paid off the $3,700 bucks still owned to Marlin (Wright to his credit did pay for most of that car with cash), had it fixed, and apparently sold it to the Sage Family with a deal worked out for some sponsorship. 10. Petty raced, ending his streak to 322, at the time the all time record ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
