Waltrip was looking at winning six races in a row. 4. saltsburgtrojanfan posted: 10.20.2015 - 9:14 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Caution 1: Lap 5-12: #4,17,43,70,71,97 accident turn 1 Caution 2: Lap 85-87: #64 accident turn 2 Caution 3: Lap 111-113: #64 spun turn 4 Caution 4: Lap 289-292: #52 accident backstretch Caution 5: Lap 373-377: #66 spun turn 2 5. (Tim and Cale Yarborough both won in Pontiac LeMans during this time). That type of Grand Prix only won 7 races during its use from 1981 to 1985. Richard got his last 5 wins in that car. Tim and Morgan both won once on short tracks. 6. anonymous posted: 08.16.2017 - 6:15 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Watching this race on youtube. During the first caution, the Cars #4, 17, and 70 were not involved in that accident. They simply slowed and came to a stop to avoid becoming involved. Only the 43, 71, and 97 spun or sustained damage. 7. Richmond was shut out of victory lane in 1985 then joined Rick Hendrick's team for 1986. 8. JSPorts posted: 12.02.2017 - 6:02 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) And the rest is history. If he hadn't gotten sick, who knows what he would've accomplished. The fact that he was so competitive even while he was ill is truly incredible. 9.
