Dave Marcis and others (mostly West Coast or one-off entries) continued to use the Monte Carlo. Dave didn't have many dollars, and wasn't about to waste them on new Lumina bodies when the MCs worked just fine! 3. Not bad for a 48 year-old rookie. 4. saltsburgtrojanfan posted: 11.15.2017 - 1:49 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Caution 1: #5,16,33,90 accident turn 4 Caution 2: #30 spun turn 4 Caution 3: #27 engine Caution 4: #57 accident turn 2 Caution 5: #16 accident frontstretch 5. The crash caused Elliott to lead fluid on track, leading to everyone getting sideways off Turn 4 and ultimately the Larry Pearson spin that brought out the yellow. Why on earth was that rule implemented that recommended passbacks for people who made passes on a bump and run? That doesn't make any sense. If you pass them in any way, you've passed them. Mods please check the records on this one. Geoff Bodine and Darrell Waltrip ran side by side for several laps between laps 85-100 and I saw Darrell lead at least one. 8. You have to understand pre-digital timing) and scoring (starting at Sears Point in 1993) they were human beings calculating this and human beings occasionally make mistakes. I imagine there are thousands of mistakes in the official records and short of re-watching every race they will never be fixed. 9. Thanks for the clarification 10. saltsburgtrojanfan posted: 12.24.2020 - 7:45 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Neil Bonnett's final Martinsville Start 11. It even has a plaque on it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
